In order to initiate emails to us via our secure system on the top of the page to the left, click "register" and follow the prompts in creating your log in name: [your email address and password]. This will then provide you access to communicate with us. If you already have registered, simply select log in and enter your password. If you do not currently have an e-mail address please use the links on this page to sign up for an e-mail address. Please be aware that a unique email address is required for each patient. In essence, families should not use duplicate emails. Thank you for your considerations.

Please remember that In order to reply to a message sent from our office, you must first sign in to our web site portal. This will allow for a HIPAA compliant secure communication. Please do not simply hit "reply" unless you have already signed into the our web site.

Emails are NOT to be used for urgent messages. For a life threatening emergency call 911. If you are not sure the appropriate course of action err on the side of caution. Otherwise, please call our office at 703 709-1119 and ask to speak with a nurse urgently.

In addition, we reserve the right to request reimbursement for extended email exchanges.
