Please remember that In order to reply to a message sent from our office, you must first sign in to our web site portal. This will allow for a HIPAA compliant secure communication. Please do not simply hit "reply" unless you have already signed into the our web site.

Emails are NOT to be used for urgent messages. For a life threatening emergency call 911. If you are not sure the appropriate course of action err on the side of caution. Otherwise, please call our office at 703 709-1119 and ask to speak with a nurse urgently.

In addition, we reserve the right to request reimbursement for extended email exchanges.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to reschedule any office visit for which arirval is any more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time.
